We stayed here 2 nights, but unfortunately the weather was awful, so we were unable to enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and the solarium area. Our room was on the upper floor and was spacious with a large bathroom and a nice balcony to relax on. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the shower was great. The AC unit was very effective and it was good to have a safe large enough to fit a laptop inside. The WiFi worked perfectly for us - I think our room had a router in it, so the signal was very strong. The staff were super friendly and helpful. For example, when they realised we were struggling to order a Tuk Tuk on 'PickMe' they phoned someone who was here within 5 minutes. Whilst you are some way out of the town, we did not feel isolated. On our second night, we ate at the restaurant our meals were delicious.

The location is amazing to experience the nature of the area. Quiet, large room, great hot water and pressure. Staff are caring and very helpful. Great base to explore the area, there is a beautiful temple just down the road. Restaurant food amazing and able to work with your requirements. Swimming pool great to relax. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location with walking distance to the Sigiriya Rock. Relaxing atmosfear, large rooms with balcony and great view. Staff was service minded and helped us arrange safari and transportation with short notice. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Nice small family restaurants on the same road

The team are fantastic! They were so friendly and helpful at all times. The setting is beautiful; you will feel totally immersed in nature. We enjoyed breakfast with monkeys and were greeted with colourful birds on our balcony. Oh and it’s possible to view Sigiriya rock from the pool!
